Operations Update Notice from EasyPro
Dear EasyPro customers,
Along with all of you, we are concerned about the health of our employees, families and all in our communities in the face of the current situation. We hope you are all able to remain safe and healthy.
Starting Wednesday, April 29, we will be near full staff onsite Monday through Friday to process and ship orders. Our phone lines will be fully functional to answer questions or take orders. We appreciate your patience as there may be some initial delays while we work through remaining correspondence from remote minimal operations of the past few weeks.
At Stoney Creek/EasyPro Pond Products we manufacture and supply products for the agriculture, aquaculture, care of animals, landscape, water and wastewater facility industries. In order to support these vital industries, we will begin near full scale operation to support our distribution partners in the industries we serve and support. With a few exceptions, inventory is well stocked and is anticipated to be so for the foreseeable future. Should any major changes occur, we will update you with information.
We feel strongly that minimizing staff exposure is equally as important as taking care of you, our valued customers. As all individuals and businesses are doing, we have increased the cleaning of our facilities, promote frequent hand washing, practice social distancing, promoting remote work when possible and mandate that sick workers remain at home.
Together we will get through this.
